Project Overview
Maimonides approached KLI to help their new online portal become the best in the virtual healthcare industry. The COVID pandemic had transformed patients’ expectations for a great online experience with their healthcare resources. The project was done in three phases, and I came on for the final two phases.
Phase 1: Competitive Analysis
Conducted user interviews to see how Maimonides compared with three major competitors for both desktop and mobile experiences
Discovered latest user needs in regards to the COVID pandemic
Phase 2: Expert Review
Compared current portal against Nielsen Norman Group’s 10 Usability Heuristics for User Interface Design
Researched compliance with ADA
Phase 3: Design Consultation
Presented insights and recommendations
Created new site designs to guide the client with recommendations
